Red Rooster Frozen Vodka Cocktail
Although the Red Rooster is a frozen cocktail, it came into my life as a Christmas tipple many years ago when my aunt served it to a large crowd in tiny antique glasses. It worked oddly well in that context, and I still like to kick off a winter holiday that way from time to time.
Ingredients
- 6 cups cranberry juice cocktail
- 2 cups vodka
- 6 ounces frozen orange juice concentrate, defrosted
- 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
Instructions
- Pour all ingredients into a 9×13-inch glass baking dish and stir.
- Cover well and freeze overnight.
- Use a fork to scrape into a slush. This will be easy since vodka doesn’t completely freeze.
- Scoop into glasses and serve. It’s great frozen but also as it melts.

- Prep: 5 mins
- Yield: 8 servings
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, finely chopped, plus more for serving
- 2 cups vodka

- 1 1/2 cups grapefruit (about 3 grapefruits)

Cranberry St. Germain Cocktail
A St. Germain cocktail that’s party perfect for the holidays! St. Germain Elderflower liqueur, lime, and cranberry combine for a light and floral cocktail that sparkles. Make a single serving or prepare in a larger pitcher to serve a crowd.

Bright, bubbly and a little bit boozy, this easy Cranberry Vodka Christmas Punch recipe is a delicious way to toast the holiday season!
- Prep: 5 mins

- 24 ounces lemon lime soda
INSTRUCTIONS
- Stir together all ingredients in a pitcher or punch bowl. Serve over ice in low ball glasses and garnish with lime wedges and fresh cranberries, if desired.

- I prefer to serve this punch over ice in the glasses rather than add ice to the pitcher/punch bowl to avoid diluting the drink prematurely.
