Classic Strawberry Vinaigrette

This strawberry vinaigrette salad dressing is sweet tart and makes any salad taste irresistible! Even better, you can whip it up in just 5 minutes.

  • Prep Time: 5 minutes
  • Yield: About 1 ¼ cups

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups sliced strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  1. In an immersion blender, small blender or standard blender, blend all ingredients until smooth. (An immersion blender and small blender are the quickest, but you can also use a standard blender: just blend for a few minutes until fully combined. This would not work as well in a very large high speed blender since the quantity of ingredients is small: but let us know if you try it!)
