  • Prep: 5 mins
  • Servings: 1

INGREDIENTS

  • ¼ cup ripe peach chunks, about half a peeled peach
  • 1 lemon slice, seeds removed
  • 1 and 1/2 ounces peach vodka
  • ½ ounce peach liqueur, I used Mathilde
  • 4 ounces peach nectar
  • 2-3 ounces club soda
  • Garnishes: peach slices, lemon slices, and mint

NOTES

  1. If you can’t find Mathilde peach liqueur, you can substitute peach schnapps. It’s not my preferred ingredient, as it has that artificial peach flavor, but it will do in a pinch.
  2. Fresh, ripe summer peaches work best for this recipe. They give the cocktail an authentic peach flavor.

Peach Martini (Skinny No Sugar Added)

This lightened up “Skinny” Peach Martini recipe is light, refreshing, and tastes just like a ripe fresh peach. This cocktail recipe uses a sugar-free simple syrup and a peach puree instead of a liqueur, making it lower calorie with no added sugar and low in carbs. YAY to that!

  2. Blend on high until smooth.
  3. Using a small strainer or sieve, strain the liquid into a medium-size mixing bowl.

Fresh Peach Moscow Mule

Made with real peach purée, freshly squeezed lime juice, vodka and ginger beer for a bubbly finish, this summertime mule was made for patio sipping on warm nights.

  • Prep: 5 mins
  • Servings: 1

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces peach purée
  • 2 ounces vodka
  • ½ ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
  • Ice
  • 6 ounces chilled ginger beer
  • Fresh peach slices for garnish, optional
  • Lime slices or wheels for garnish, optional

Instructions

  1. Pour the peach purée, vodka and lime juice into a copper mug.
  2. Add a handful of ice. Stir with a bar spoon until the mixture is nice and cold.
  3. Top with chilled ginger beer. Stir gently to combine. If desired, garnish with a fresh peach slice and lime slice or wheel. Enjoy!

Notes

Pitcher recipe: For an eight-serving pitcher, add 2 cups peach purée, 2 cups vodka and ½ cup fresh lime juice to the pitcher and stir to combine. Right before serving, gently stir in 6 cups ginger beer. You can make the peach mixture ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours before adding the ginger beer.

  • To make the peach purée, add chunks or slices of peeled peaches to a blender with a splash of water and process until smooth.
  • The peach purée will keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for three to four days. As time goes on, the peach purée will oxidize and darken in color. To preserve a brighter color, add some fresh lime or lemon juice to slow down oxidation. Alternatively, you can freeze the peach purée.
  • For an even stronger peach flavor, use peach-flavored vodka. If you can find it, I highly recommend the peach-infused vodka from Wild Roots.
  • Make sure you use ginger beer, not ginger ale.

Fresh Peach Martini

This fresh peach martini is the perfect cocktail for enjoying summer’s juiciest fruit! Prepared with real peach purée and peach schnapps for double the flavor, this summer martini is the perfect choice when you need a refreshing drink that celebrates the season’s best fruit.

It’s elegant enough for a sophisticated dinner party, but it’s also super simple and quick to whip up for an appearance at a casual backyard barbecue.

  • Prep: 5 mins
  • Servings: 1

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces peach purée
  • 2 ounces vodka
  • 1 ounce peach schnapps
  • 1 ounce simple syrup
  • ½ ounce lemon juice
  • Ice
  • Fresh peach slice for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add peach purée, vodka, peach schnapps, simple syrup, lemon juice and a handful of ice to a cocktail shaker.
  2. Shake vigorously for 15-30 seconds.
  3. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
  4. If desired, garnish with a fresh peach slice. Enjoy!

Notes

8-serving peach martini pitcher recipe: Stir together 2 cups peach purée, 2 cups vodka, 1 cup peach schnapps, 1 cup simple syrup and ½ cup lemon juice. Refrigerate up to a day. When you’re ready to serve, stir the pitcher well, pour 6 ½ ounces per drink (just over ¾ cup) into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake as you would.

  • Plan for one peach per drink. While this is dependent on the exact size, one peach should yield about 2 ounces of peach purée.
  • To make the peach purée, add chunks or slices of peeled peaches to a blender with a splash of water and process until smooth.

Peach Ginger-Tini

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 shots Absolute peach vodka
  • 3/4 – 1 shot Domaine de Canton ginger liqueur

  2. Muddle peaches and mint leaves in cocktail shaker with a generous splash of simple syrup. I like to add a bit of crushed ice to help break up the peaches and mint when muddling. Add vodka, ginger liqueur, and lime juice and shake well. Strain into chilled martini glass.

Peach Basil Moscow Mule

For a refreshing variation on a classic Moscow Mule cocktail, try this Peach Basil Moscow Mule recipe featuring peach vodka, fresh basil & lemon juice!

  • Prep: 5 mins
  • Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • 8 oz peach vodka
  • 24 oz ginger beer
  • 4 oz lemon juice, fresh squeezed
  • ¼ cup fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Fill four glasses with ice. Preferably copper cups, but any cocktail glass will work.
  2. Add 2 oz vodka, 6 oz ginger beer & 1 oz lemon juice to each glass.
  3. Add a couple leaves of fresh basil to each glass.
  4. Stir all of the ingredients together, then serve.

Notes

  1. Virgin Moscow Mule: to make a non-alcoholic version of this drink, substitute peach juice for the peach vodka. Most ginger beer is non-alcoholic, but always check the labels to be sure.
  2. Pitcher of Mules: to make this recipe into a pitcher, double all of the ingredients and add them to a pitcher that holds at least 72 ounces. Refrigerate the pitcher of mules until ready to serve. Do not add ice to the pitcher or it will water down the Moscow Mules. Add the ice to the copper mugs or glasses before serving.
