Sweet and Spicy: Perfect Mexican Fruit Cups Recipe

You can find these being sold everywhere in Mexico, in Southern California, you can buy these fruit cups from Mexican snack shops, farmer’s markets, street vendors, flea markets and sometimes in front of gas stations.

I think they’re one of the most delicious and refreshing snacks, you get lovely fresh fruit that’s drizzled in chamoy, sprinkled with chili lime seasoning then finished off with a squeeze of lime.  It’s super simple to make and the perfect snack for warm weather.

Chamoy is a sweet, sour, salty and slightly spicy Mexican condiment you can find at your local Mexican supermarket or order it here.  Tajin (chili lime seasoning) is pretty common and you can find it at any supermarket.  Trader Joe’s also carries  their own version of chili lime seasoning.
