  3. Dip and roll the rims of the glasses in a tray filled with the Erythritol sugar.
  4. Carefully fill the martini glasses with crushed ice.

Instructions

  1. Add water, star anise, cinnamon stick and cloves to a small pot over high heat and bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat to low and let simmer for about 5 minutes. The longer you let it steep, the spicier it will be. Turn off the water and add tea bag to steep for 3 more minutes.
  3. Take out tea bag and spices. Stir in juice of ½ lemon, brown swerve and bourbon. Stir until swerve is dissolved.
  4. Serve with a cinnamon stick as a garnish for stirring and/or a slice of lemon.

  2. Add all ingredients to a blender and mix on high for a few seconds.

Summer is coming up and that means it’s time to bust out the poolside drinks . One of my favourites is this chilled brown cow and now I can finally drink it because I made this delicious keto Kahlua recipe and it was a hit!

Ingredients

  1. In a pot over medium heat – stir together the sugar substitute, instant coffee, water and vanilla.
  2. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently so the coffee doesnt burn.
  3. Lower heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. Take off heat and let it cool.
  5. Pour into bottle and add the vodka or rum.
  6. Place the cap on your delicious low carb coffee liqueur and put it in the cupboard for at least 24 hours.
  7. Enjoy!

If you are a Harry Potter fan, I’m sure you will love this easy keto butterbeer recipe. It’s a creamy, indulgent butterscotch drink that is sugar free! You can also make it a boozy butterbeer and still be ketogenic friendly. Each buttery drink has only 1.4g net carbs!

  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup Swerve brown sugar sweetener

BUTTERSCOTCH WHIPPED CREAM TOPPING
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

  • 12 oz Diet Cream Soda
  • 2 tablespoons butterscotch sauce
  • 3-4 tablespoons of butterscotch whipped cream

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place your mug or glass into the freezer to get cold. Make sure your cream soda is cold too. Or just use ice.
  2. To make the butterscotch sauce melt the butter in a small sauce pan. Then add in Swerve brown sugar, heavy cream and salt. Whisk to combine. Bring to a boil and then simmer for a few minutes until it thickens. It will continue to thicken as it cools.
  3. To make whipped topping add heavy cream and Swerve confectioners to a large mixing bowl. Using a hand mixer whip until it thickens and makes peaks. Then add in 2 tablespoons of the butterscotch sauce and whip some more to combine.
  4. To make the butterbeer drink: Add the cream soda to a mug along with 2 tablespoons of butterscotch sauce and mix well. Top with 3-4 tablespoons of the whipped topping and serve.
  5. If make into an alcoholic drink, add 1 shot of rum to the cream soda and butterscotch sauce and mix. Then add topping.

Keto Gin Rickey

A Gin Rickey is a light and refreshing mixed drink that is low in calories but not in flavor. With zero sugar and only three ingredients, it’s a quite invigorating highball drink that is so easy to mix up and tweak to your taste.

Our healthy keto eggnog recipe is one of the best out there. It’s creamy, sweet, and perfect to pair with dark rum or brandy for a traditional holiday flavor.

  • Total time: 3 hrs 10 mins
  • Servings: 4

Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup swerve confectioner
  • 3/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/2 cup flax milk (almond, cashew and coconut milk will also work!)
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

Instructions:

  1. Separate the eggs into two medium bowls, and set the egg whites aside.
  2. Using a whisk beat the yolks until they turn light yellow in color. Once the color has lightened add 3 tbsp of the confectioner sugar and mix again.
  3. Add the heavy whipping cream, flax milk, and nut meg to the yolk mixture and whisk to combine. Set aside.
  4. Using a hand mixer whisk the egg whites until you get soft peaks. Add the remaining tbsp of swerve and whisk until you get medium peaks.
  5. Add the whites to yolk mixture and whisk together briefly until fully combined. Chill for 3-4 hours.
  6. Once chilled the mixture will separate slightly so give it another whisk prior to serving. Garnish with additional nutmeg, if desired.

Keto Pina Colada

This Keto Pina Colada will make you feel as if you were on a tropical island, under the palm trees with your feet in the sand. All you need to do is grab a few ingredients, a cocktail shaker, a chilled glass and you’re ready to go!

Ingredients:

  • 1+1/2 oz Light Rum
  • 1+1/2 oz Dark Rum
  • 2 oz Heavy Cream
  • 4 oz Water
  • 1-2 tsp Coconut/pineapple STUR. This is a type of flavored stevia. You can use normal stevia drops and coconut/pineapple extract instead.
  • 6 oz Ice to blend

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until the desired consistency is achieved.
  2. If your mixture is too thick you can add more water, and if it is too thin you can add more ice.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

This cranberry margarita is made with leftover low carb cranberry sauce, tequila, and lime! Sugar free and keto friendly recipe.

This easy keto paloma recipe is a tasty keto tequila drink with grapefruit and lime flavors. Much like a keto margarita but even easier using sugar free grapefruit soda.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 ounces tequila (mid shelf)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 4-6 ounces grapefruit soda (diet soda like Sparkling Ice or Diet Squirt)
  • coarse salt, lime wedge and zest, grapefruit zest (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Get out a small plate and mix the salt with grapefruit and lime zest. Take your cocktail glass and wet the rim all the way around then place upside down into the salt mixture. Try the get the zest and salt all the way around the rim of the glass. (This step is optional).
  2. Fill a cocktail or highball glass with ice cubes or crushed ice. Then pour in your favorite tequila, lime juice and fill the rest of the way with your grapefruit soda. Start with about ½ cup of soda and taste. Then add more tequila, lime juice or soda to your liking.
  3. If you want to garnish with a wedge of lime or grapefruit slices you can.  Stir and begin sipping!
